Mr. Narayan Madhav Karandikar, an alumnus of the College of Engineering, Pune, IIFT Delhi, and JBIMS Mumbai, served as the guiding force behind Alpinia Biopharma’s foundational vision. A man of remarkable wisdom, integrity, and strategic depth, he brought decades of leadership experience that shaped the company’s core values and long-term direction. Though he is no longer with us, his principles, foresight, and unwavering belief in scientific progress continue to inspire Alpinia’s mission and the team’s commitment to excellence.

A seasoned business leader with over four decades of experience, Anil Agrawal is a Mechanical Engineer from BITS Pilani with a strong foundation in Business Management and Finance from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies. He has successfully led multiple organizations across diverse industries, bringing strategic insight, operational excellence, and visionary leadership to Alpinia Biopharma. His expertise ensures the company’s growth is rooted in strong governance and long-term value creation.

Dr. Karandikar holds a Master’s in Chemical Engineering from IICT, Mumbai, and a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh. With over 25 years of seminal work in silver chemistry, he has established advanced research labs and founded Unosil Technologies Inc. and MTR Inc. in Portland, Oregon. His groundbreaking contributions have resulted in 50+ patents, positioning him as a global authority in silver-based innovation and driving Alpinia Biopharma’s scientific excellence.

What is Molecular Oxygen Technology?

Blood in our system carries oxygen to all tissues and this is around 8 ppm which is the limit of dissolved oxygen in water. Molecular Oxygen released by the technology is around 80 ppm that is 10X times the normal oxygen that our cells carry. Thus Oxygen diffuses in dermis and revitalises tissues and helps boost collagen and elastin production. This enhances skin appearance, slowing ageing process and promoting overall skin wellness.
