How does the delivery process work?
- Your items are carefully examined to make sure they are in great condition once our system processes your purchase.
- Following their successful completion of the last quality inspection, they are packaged and delivered to our reliable partner.
- After that, our delivery partners deliver the package to you as soon as they can. If they can’t get to the address you gave them or if it’s not a good time, they will get in touch with you to fix the issue.
- International Shipping: We do not currently ship worldwide, however we have plans to do so in the near future.
How are items packaged?
We use premium boxes to package our items. Bubble wrap is used to package each product individually, and extra bubble wrap is used to carefully hold delicate things like bottles. We take great satisfaction in the caliber of our packing.

What is the estimated delivery time?
- Most items are typically shipped out in three to five business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
- Due to higher demand, deliveries during a sale event may take a little longer than usual. Within five days of the order date, we aim to ship out every purchase.
Are there any shipping charges applicable on my order?
- India shipping charges – Order value under Rs 250 will have shipping charges, Anything above that will not have any shipping charges.
- International shipping charges – Currently we don’t ship internationally
Does Alpinia Biopharma ship outside India?
Currently Alpinia Biopharma ships only within India. However, we are working on starting international delivery to many other countries, so stay tuned!
